Indigenous Designs – Oh so comfortable!

There is nothing better than an uber comfortable outfit that not only wears and packs well but is super chic. Say hello to Indigenous Designs. I have long had a love affair with this company. I have personally met the men and women behind these designs, and they are as lovely as their clothing. Indigenous Designs is all organic, fair trade clothing. Classic silhouettes that are timeless. So rather than focus on one individual piece, let’s look at several!

When I say comfortable, imagine velvety soft organic fabrics against your skin. These pieces are incredibly well thought out, and impeccably handmade and unique. Take a peek at one of my favorite sweaters - the Alpaca Funnel Neck. To me, this sweater is incredibly simple, but absolutely stunning. The attention to detail in the stitching is bar none. The fit is extremely flattering, and it goes with just about anything.

Traveling this summer? Check out Indigenous’ dresses. The boat neck and rib slip dresses are two of my favorites. Again, lusciously soft and very breathable for warmer weather. Looking for the perfect camisole to wear alone or under a shear top? Indigenous Designs has it. Made from organic pima cotton, this little guy goes anywhere.

Finally, I would be remiss in my Indigenous fest if I did not mention their most marvelous outwear. Light jackets, cardigans and coats that you will have about a .01% chance of seeing anywhere else. There is no detail left undone. These pieces are to die for. When I wear my Indigenous clothing, not only do I know that it looks amazing, but it also feels amazing on my skin. You want to wear it constantly, and to me, that is all I need to know.

Before ... Definitely not the worst we’ve seen her!
